Circuit Training (NEW content for 2025)

• Part 1 - Thursday, February 13th 7:00-8:30 p.m. - Lecture and discussion with Steve Di Ciacca exploring ways to safely integrate circuit training into SFIC standard classes
• Part 2 - Saturday, February 15th 9:00-10:30 a.m. - High energy circuit class appropriate for community-dwelling older adults.

Attendees must be present, live, online at both sessions to earn 3 CCAA CECs for the Circuit Refresher.
